Let the WEBS family become apart of your family’s story.
We Support NDIS Participants
Wise Earth Bush School (WEBS) warmly welcomes self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants into our programs and mentoring sessions.
We are not a registered NDIS provider, but our offerings may be claimable through participants’ existing NDIS plans under Capacity-Building Supports such as:
Increased Social and Community Participation (09_011_0125_6_3)
Improved Daily Living (15_037_0117_1_3)
Innovative Community Participation (09_008_0116_6_3)
We recommend families speak with their Plan Manager or Support Coordinator to confirm eligibility before booking.
How We Align with NDIS Goals
Our nature-based mentoring model builds capacity through:
Social participation and communication skills
Emotional regulation and resilience
Functional daily living and self-management skills
Confidence, belonging, and leadership
Each program provides structured guidance within a community environment that supports children to build independence and self-awareness through hands-on, sensory-rich experiences.
Payments and Invoicing
Self-Managed Participants:
Book and pay as normal using Credit/Debit Card. A Tax Invoice will be issued for reimbursement through your NDIS portal.
Plan-Managed Participants:
Request an invoice via email before or after booking. Provide the participant’s name and NDIS number in your request.
Invoices can be forwarded directly to your Plan Manager for payment to Wise Earth Bush School.
(Please note: WEBS does not process Agency-Managed payments.)
Assessment and Reporting
Families may choose to complement our programs with guidance from their allied health team (Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, etc.).
WEBS can provide attendance records and term progress summaries to support NDIS reporting or plan reviews.
All progress observations are recorded using our internal Badge Framework, which reflects measurable growth in communication, regulation, participation, and independence.
Terms and Conditions
NDIS invoices must be paid within 30 days of issue.
Program participation is confirmed once payment is received.
Families are responsible for ensuring that their chosen activities meet their plan goals and budget.
Cancellations follow the standard WEBS cancellation policy.
